OneEthos Login Troubleshooting

If you’ve successfully logged into the OneEthos Portal before but are now encountering technical issues, please try the following steps to reset your browser and start fresh.


Chrome (Desktop)

  1. In Chrome, click on the lock or information icon to the left of the website URL. This will open a small settings pane.

  2. Select Cookies and site data.

  3. Click Manage on-device site data.

  4. Locate installers.climatefirstbank.com in the list.

  5. Click the trash can icon to delete the saved data.

  6. When prompted, reload the page.

  7. After completing these steps, retry logging in or restart the registration process.


Mobile

The process is similar on mobile devices, but the steps can vary depending on your operating system.

  1. Open your browser settings and find the option for Delete Browsing Data (this may also be called Clear Site Data or Clear History and Data).

  2. Select the data you want to clear. For login-related issues, we recommend clearing cookies and site data.

  3. In some cases, you may need to delete all browsing data.

    • ⚠️ Please note: this will log you out of other websites on your device and, if your browser is synced, possibly on other devices as well.

Once data is cleared, return to the OneEthos Portal and try logging in again.
