Before You Start
Have the following handy (PDF preferred):
Most recent Business Tax Return (latest filed)
Profit & Loss (P&L) for the most recent fiscal year or YTD
Balance Sheet for the matching period
Current licenses and insurance
Only the Primary Admin has access to the review. If you’re not the Primary Admin, coordinate with your company’s admin/owner to complete it.
Option A — Start from the Email Link
Open the email sent to your Primary Admin inbox with the subject similar to: “Installer Review — Action Required”.
If you don’t see it, check Spam/Junk and allowlist *@oneethos.com.
Click the review link in the email. You’ll be redirected to a page titled “Let’s get started.”
On the Let’s get started page:
If you don’t have a sign‑in, select Create an account and follow the prompts.
If you already have an account, click the blue “Log in” button.
If you don’t remember your password, click Reset password and follow the email instructions, then return to the Log in button.
3.After you successfully sign in, you’ll land on the Installer Review form.
Option B — Start from the Portal (if you can’t access the email)
Sign into the OneEthos Portal
Go to Admin → locate the Installer Review button
Click the blue “Start Review” button. This will take you to the same “Let’s get started” page described above.
Create an account or Log in (or Reset password) as needed, then proceed to the form.
Completing the Form
Company Details: Confirm legal name, DBA (if applicable), primary contacts,
Financial Uploads: Upload the Tax Return, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
Licenses & Insurance: Upload current documents (license numbers must match the entity, insurance must be active).
Submit: Click Submit once all sections show Complete.
Tip: Use full‑page PDFs and avoid photos where possible. If using screenshots, ensure the full document is visible and legible.
Confirmation & What Happens Next
After submission, you’ll see an on‑screen confirmation
OneEthos performs basic checks to verify completeness. If anything is missing, we’ll email the Primary Admin with what’s needed.
If your portal access was restricted, access will be re‑enabled after the review is received and passes basic checks.
Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive the email link? Check Spam/Junk and allowlist *@oneethos.com. If still missing, use Option B above or contact Installer Support to resend the link to the Primary Admin.
Password issues? Use Reset password on the Log in screen; wait a few minutes for the reset email and try again.
Link expired? Access the review via the Admin tab → Start Review.
Upload errors/large files? Compress PDFs or split into multiple files; ensure stable internet connection; try a private/incognito window.
