100% Funding at Project Completion
At OneEthos powered by Climate First Bank, projects that receive 100% funding at completion must meet specific requirements to ensure compliance, protect customers, and verify the project’s successful installation. Below is a clear breakdown of what is required.
Required Documentation for Project Completion Funding
To request 100% funding at project completion, the following items must be submitted and approved:
Customer Approval of Fund Release
Customers should approve the fund release directly through the portal.
Permit
A copy of the project permit must be uploaded.
Plans
Approved project plans are required for verification.
Passed Inspections
Documentation confirming that all required inspections have been passed must be included.
Permission to Operate (PTO)
A copy of the PTO letter is required.
If PTO has not yet been issued, we will accept proof of the PTO application submission as an interim step.
Contractor Lien Waiver
A completed lien waiver from the contractor must be uploaded.
Additional Requirements When a Roof is Included
If the project also includes roofing work, the following roof-specific documents must be submitted in addition to the standard requirements above:
Roof permit
Roof invoice signed by the customer
Roof passed inspection
Roof lien waiver
