How to Obtain Your Signed Loan Documents or Track Loan Status
Below are the steps to locate your signed loan documents and understand where to go if you need another copy.
How Customers Receive Their Loan Documents
When a customer completes the residential solar loan agreement, the loan documents are automatically sent through DocuSign for electronic signature.
Once the documents are signed:
A copy of the fully executed loan documents is automatically emailed by DocuSign
This email is sent to the email address used during the signing process
The email will contain a PDF copy of the completed loan agreement.
Because this process is automated, most customers receive their documents immediately after signing.
If a customer Cannot Locate the Loan Documents
If a customer cannot find the email containing the signed loan documents, please take the following steps:
1. Check Email
Search the inbox for emails from DocuSign and check the spam or junk folder, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there.
2. Contact Climate First Bank Customer Support
If the customer is still unable to locate the documents or need another copy, please direct the customer to contact Climate First Bank Customer Support for assistance. Their team can help resend the signed loan documents.
When contacting customer support, the customer may be asked to verify their identity and provide information such as:
Customer Name
Property address associated with the loan
This verification helps protect personal information.
How to Track the Status of Loan Documents
Once the loan documents are signed through DocuSign, the loan process continues with internal review and booking by the bank.
