Job Watch is the name for our AI call answering (IVR) and SMS lead nurturing offering, and it now has its own place in the new OneLocal Merchant Dashboard.
What Job Watch does
Job Watch brings together two things that work as a pair:
AI call answering — picks up calls you cannot get to, so a missed call does not become a missed job.
SMS lead nurturing — automatically follows up with those leads by text.
Where to find it
Log in and open the new dashboard.
Select Job Watch from the navigation.
For now, Job Watch opens your settings in a new tab — the same behaviour you already see with AgencyAnalytics. Your dashboard stays open behind it, so you will not lose your place.
What is coming
In an upcoming release, the Job Watch interface will be built directly into the dashboard, so you will not need to open a separate tab at all.
