We have launched a new version of the OneLocal Merchant Dashboard. It has an updated, modern look built around a simpler experience, with the information you care about most brought to the front.
This is the first of several updates. We will keep building on it as we bring our BI and LocalEngine tools further into the platform.
The most important thing to know: you choose
Nothing is being switched over for you. The next time you log in, you will see a page asking which version of the dashboard you would like to use — the original dashboard you already know, or the new one.
You can try the new dashboard, and go back to the original if you prefer it. The choice screen keeps appearing each time you log in until you tell us to use the new dashboard from now on.
Full details are in Choosing Your Dashboard: Original or New.
What has changed, at a glance
New
A login choice between the original dashboard and the new one.
Job Watch — our new name for the AI call answering (IVR) and SMS lead nurturing tools. See Meet Job Watch: AI Call Answering and Lead Nurturing.
A Website page built for your website product. OneSite and Duda customers now each get a page made for the site they actually have, instead of one shared page.
Day and night mode, using the toggle in the header.
Renamed
LocalMessages is now Conversations. The page handles SMS and calls, plus the insights behind them, so the name now matches what it does.
"Local" has been dropped from the navigation. LocalReviews, LocalSite and LocalContacts now simply read Reviews, Website and Contacts.
Not in the new dashboard
Content Calendar — temporarily unavailable while we resolve an issue with posting to social platforms.
The original dashboard is unchanged. Every product you use today still works there exactly as it does now, so you can switch back at any time if something you rely on is easier to find.
Who can use the new dashboard
The new dashboard is aimed at single-location customers, and OneSite customers in particular.
Agency accounts and multi-location accounts do not have access yet, because the new dashboard does not support those account types. If that is you, you will keep using the original dashboard and nothing changes.

What is coming next
We are continuing to improve the dashboard. Planned updates include:
A Home page that merges in your performance metrics.
AI SMS and lead nurturing tools built directly into the platform, rather than opening in a separate tab.
Further improvements based on your feedback.
If you spot something that does not look right, or you have an idea for the new dashboard, tell our Support team — that feedback goes straight to the product team.
Questions? Message our Support team from the Help Center in your dashboard and we will walk you through it.
