For us to optimize your Google Business Profile listing, we’re having Google send out a postcard with a specialized PIN number to your business address. Google requires this to ensure the listed address is a real location.

They do this by sending out a physical postcard with a specialized PIN number on the back.

It’s extremely important that your information is correct online. Your clients count on the information they see online to help find your business.

What does the Google Business Profile Verification Postcard look like?

This is what the Google Business Profile Verification Postcard looks like when it arrives in the mail:

You’ll need to remove the perforated edges on three sides to open the envelope/postcard.

When you open your Google Business Profile Verification Postcard, you will find the PIN number.

What you need to do:

When you receive the postcard, you can either verify your business location yourself by following the instructions on the postcard or send the verification code to your Marketing Specialist so that they can have it setup for you. In either case, please let your Marketing Specialist know which way you choose.

If your business is in the USA, the card is expected to arrive within 5 days and if it doesn’t arrive after 7 days, please let your Marketing Specialist know and we will have it resent.

If your business is in Canada, the card is expected to arrive within 14 days and if it hasn't arrived by 21 days, please let your Marketing Specialist know and we will have it resent.
