Adding a New User with Location Access
Log into your Parent Location account
Go to Settings and click the Add New User button in the top-right corner.
In the Add New User popup:
Locate the Locations Allowed drop-down menu
Select the specific locations you want this user to access
Complete the setup, and the user will be granted access to the selected locations.

To give a user access to all locations, grant them access to the Parent Location. This will automatically authorize login to every location under the account
