Managing multiple business locations through OneLocal allows you to maintain a parent account (for an overview of all locations) and child accounts (each handling daily operations independently)
Navigating Between Accounts
Switching Accounts
On your OneLocal homepage, find the "Switch Location" button at the bottom left. This button shows your current account (parent or child) and allows you to switch easily
2. Selecting a Child Account
Click on "Switch Location" to open a dropdown list or search bar
Choose the child account you wish to view.
If you’re currently in a child account, click the "Back to Parent" button to return to the parent account
3. Sending LocalReviews Requests
Only child accounts can send LocalReviews requests. Switch to the specific child account to manage reviews and send requests
4. Viewing Aggregate Data as the Parent
The parent account has access to the LocalReviews Dashboard, providing a summary of all child accounts' reviews, surveys, leaderboards, and aggregate data
To filter reviews by location, go to the LocalReviews tab and use the dropdown menu to select the specific location you’d like to view
Additional Tips
Quick Access to Overview: Use the LocalReviews Dashboard on the parent account to get a real-time summary of all child accounts, avoiding the need to switch between individual locations for big-picture insights
Organize Notifications: If you need regular updates on individual locations, enable notifications in each child account for updates on reviews and LocalReviews requests
Use the Search Bar: For faster navigation, the search bar in the Switch Location dropdown can help you find specific child accounts without scrolling through the full list
