When managing multiple business locations through OneLocal, you will have a "parent" account and one or more "child" accounts. Your parent account will have an overview of all the children accounts and their activities, while your child account(s) will be responsible for their own daily operations.

This article will cover:

  1. How to navigate between parent and child accounts to send LocalReviews Requests

  2. How to use the parent account to filter specific locations' reviews.

To navigate between accounts, simply click the "Switch Location" button located at the bottom lefthand side of your OneLocal home page. This button will always remind you which account you are currently viewing.

You will then have the option to select the child account you wish to view from a drop down list or through a search bar. If you are currently in a child account, you can return to the parent with the "Back to Parent" button.

It is important to remember that only child accounts can send LocalReviews requests, but only the parent account can see the dashboard tallying the reviews from its children.

To view the summary of your child account's Reviews as the parent, navigate to the LocalReviews tab. You have full access to the LocalReviews Dashboard to see summaries, reviews, surveys, leaderboards comparisons of locations, and all your aggregate data. You can also filter which locations you are viewing by using the dropdown menu.
