How do I create a user with access to one or more locations?

In order to add a new user with access to one or more of the business locations, sign into your Parent location account. Go to Settings and click the Add New User button on the top right of your screen. 

In the Add New User popup, there is a drop-down called Locations Allowed. Through this drop-down, you are able to select which locations this user will have access to.

Add New User → Locations Allowed → Select Location

With this feature, you are able to authorize access for users to either single or multiple locations.

Alternatively, you can grant access to the Parent Location which will automatically allow the user to log-in to all locations.
