When using LocalReviews or LocalReferrals automated emails, you have the option to use Dynamic Tags. A Dynamic Tag is a shortcode used to pull in relevant customer and business information. This helps add a personal touch to all your emails without having to customize each individual email to make the emails more personal.

To add a Tag, simply click on "Insert Dynamic Tag" and select the Tag you would like to use. The Tag will be added to the bottom of the Email body, you can copy & paste it in the email, wherever you would like. You can send yourself a preview email to see how the tags display.
