How to Change and Manage your Notifications

Notifications help you stay updated on everything that is happening within your OneLocal dashboard

Open your OneLocal dashboard here

2. Click on your Account name in the bottom left. 

3. Click on "My Account". 

4. Click on the "Notifications" tab.

5. You will need to enable desktop notifications for OneLocal if you want to access the "Web" notifications. To do so, you just need to click on the yellow bar shown below. And "Allow" notifications.

6. You have a lot of different options, depending on how and when you'd like to get notified. 

The 2 ways to get notified are:

  1. Web

  2. Email

The 3 main categories are:

  1. Conversations assigned to you

  2. Unassigned conversations

  3. Conversations assigned to others

Next to each of these categories, you will be able to choose when you'd like to be notified after a certain action has been done. As you can see below, the 8 different options are: Inbound Message, Outbound Message, Note, Close & Open, Assignment, Block & Unblock, Opt-In & Opt-Out, Mute & Unmute. You can also choose "Select All" or "Select None".

7. If you have chosen to get email notifications, you can choose how long after the action is done that you will receive the notification. 

8. Once you have made your decision, you will start receiving notifications.
