Click here to log into your OneLocal dashboard.
Click on your Account name in the bottom left corner
3. Select “My Account” from the menu
4. Click on the "Notifications" tab
5. Enable Desktop Notifications
To access web notifications, you’ll need to enable desktop notifications. Click on the yellow bar that appears and select “Allow”
6. Customize Notification Options
Choose between Web and Email notifications based on your preferences
There are three main categories you can customize:
Conversations Assigned to You
Unassigned Conversations
Conversations Assigned to Others
For each category, select when you'd like to be notified. Options include:
Inbound Message
Outbound Message
Note
Close & Open
Assignment
Block & Unblock
Opt-In & Opt-Out
Mute & Unmute
You can also select “Select All” or “Select None.”
7. If you choose to receive email notifications, set a time delay to control how soon after an action you’ll receive the email
8. Save Your Preferences
After setting up, notifications will begin based on your chosen settings
Additional Tips
Experiment with Web and Email Notifications
If you’re unsure which notification method suits you best, try both for a week. You might find one method keeps you more on track with minimal distraction
Use "Select All" for Key Categories
For essential conversations like "Conversations Assigned to You," consider using "Select All" to avoid missing any updates
Set Delays for Email Notifications
If instant notifications are overwhelming, use longer delays for email notifications to check them at more convenient intervals
