Take a look at your Facebook business page: does it have a string of unrelated numbers like the example below?
Not only does this string of numbers look unprofessional, it can make it difficult to leave you a review on Facebook.
Luckily, if your business page has over 25 likes it's easy for you to fix (if you don't have over 25 likes, don't fret, we'll make sure LocalReviews still works with your Facebook link).
How to Get a Vanity URL
From your Facebook Page manager, select "About"
2. Navigate to your Username settings and click "Edit"
3. Enter your business name and press save - then you're all done! Congratulations on your new vanity URL!
4. Don't forget to update anywhere that is linking to your Facebook page, such as your website or other social platforms.
