Click into LocalContacts, and select the contact you'd like to leave a note on.
In the top right corner, click on Engage, and then click on Log Note.
Enter your note, and then click Log Note.
To see all your notes at once, click View All Notes in the top right corner under the Notes section. Your notes will populate in the Activity Log in the main part of the page.

Click into LocalContacts.
Check the box beside all of the contacts you would like to add a note for.
