With LocalContacts, it's simple to manage your contacts! We'll show you how to create or delete a contact and also how to edit an existing contact's details.

Adding a new contact

1. Log into your OneLocal Dashboard.

2. Click "LocalContacts".

3. Click "Add Contacts" in the top right corner.

4. Select ‘Manual Entry’ from the dropdown list.

5. Enter the Contact's Name, E-mail Address and/or Phone Number.

6. Your contact has been added!

Note: You can also upload a spreadsheet with a contact list so you can save time. This spreadsheet needs to be in .CSV format and it needs to follow these rules:

  1. Only 4 columns (First Name, Last Name, Email Address & Phone Number)

  2. It can’t have empty lines

Example bellow:

Updating a Contact's Details

1. If you would like to edit some contact, click on the name of the contact that you’d like to make a change to.

2. Then click ‘edit contact details’.

3. A pop-up window will appear and you will be able to update the contact’s details (see example below). At this option you can update the:

  • First and Last name

  • Phone number - add or remove

  • Email Address - add or remove

  • Opt-out a phone number or email address so the client no longer receives messaging via that phone number or email address

  • Address

4. Once you have finished updating the details, click ‘Save’.

Deleting a Contact

If you would like to remove some contact from your database, you just need to click on Edit > Delete contact
