Go to google.com/analytics
Click Start for free
3. Sign in to your business Google account, and click "Set up for Free".
4. Fill in the Account Name field with the name of the business, scroll down and click Next
5. Enter the name of the business again in the Property Name field, select your time zone, and click on the button (see the bottom-right of the image below) to create a Universal Analytics Property.
6. This will expand another menu. Here, enter your website URL, then click Next.
7. Fill in:
Industry Category – select the best option
Business Size
How you intend to use Google Analytics (select at least the first option)
Then, click Create.
8. If you agree to Google's Terms of Service and the Google Measurement Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms, check the boxes and click I Accept.
9. Follow these instructions to add the tracking code to your website so you can start tracking your analytics! You'll also see a couple options presented to you - take a look at the area highlighted in the image below.
10. Let's get started tracking your website data! Add OneLocal as a user on Google Analytics and we'll connect your dashboards as soon as possible.
