It may have come up in conversation with your Marketing Specialist to provide images for your website. If you’re struggling to sort through what you have, here is a quick guide to why we ask for images, and which ones will be the most impactful.

Why Do We Ask For Images:

Images are one of the features on a website that help build a story, they show personality and set the tone for the site. We have access to an extensive library of stock images that bring a clean, professional look to your website.

What Kinds Of Image Do We Need From You?

Although our stock images are high quality, it is difficult for us to find personalized images for your business. Personalized photos include images of:

  • Yourself or your team

  • Your office/clinic

  • Specific machinery/equipment you service/use

If showcasing and of these themes on your website are important to you, then get those images to your marketing specialist as fast as possible!

Quality Images

As mentioned above, images play an important role in your website, and we want to ensure anything on it is high quality. So when you’re going through your images and deciding what to send to your Marketing Specialist consider the following requirements:

  • JPEG or PNG files only

  • Not blurry or too dark

  • Straight framing (i.e. not crooked)

  • No screenshots from Instagram or other website (screenshots are really low resolution and will not showcase well on your website)

  • No images of flyers or anything with text information

Now that you have an idea about the power of imagery on your website, take a look through what you have, or even consider having some professional photos commissioned. Do keep in mind that any images provided are not guaranteed to be used on the website if their quality does not meet the standards mentioned above.

If you have any questions you can always reach out to your Marketing Specialist, or use the chat button at the bottom of the screen.
