LocalPhone enables users can make, receive, forward & track calls on the OneLocal mobile app or within the web dashboard!

Use OneLocal Mobile App or Web Platform to make, receive, forward and/or track customer calls. LocalPhone is currently available for customers in Canada and the US.

Business Value

  • Business vs Personal Phone Line - If you use your personal phone as your business phone, this can enable you to have a separate business line on your mobile phone.

  • Central Communication Hub - You will be able to view every phone and text interaction you have with their customers through LocalMessages where everything will be logged.

  • Time & Cost Savings -Maintain a separate business line without the need to pay for a separate phone plan. We also enable our customers to store basic customer information and notes within our platform, as needed, to ensure ease of use and context when going into a call.

  • Call Tracking - Track all incoming calls to prioritize, respond and take action, as needed.

  • Integrations - In the future, phone and messaging capabilities will be integrated with other OneLocal products like LocalResponse and LocalVisits to enable event triggers, lead tracking, and a more holistic view of all customer interactions.

What’s New

LocalPhone, via LocalMessages, will enable you to:

  • port over your existing number, set up a new business number, or forward their existing number to leverage LocalMessages, LocalResponse and other OneLocal features.

  • make and receive calls from existing or new Contacts from within the OneLocal Mobile App (iOS/Android) or web Platform.

  • mute and use the LocalPhone keypad during active calls.

  • customize and turn on/off or schedule autoresponder messages to handle missed calls.

  • view the conversation history, including inbound, outbound, and missed calls for each of your contacts within the LocalMessages Call Log or individual LocalMessages conversations.

  • record and access all voicemails via the LocalMessages Call Log.

  • route calls to be forwarded to another number, ring specific OneLocal users or send unanswered calls to LocalResponse or voicemail. You may also set up business hours, so calls can be automatically routed depending on whether they are received within or outside of business hours.
