On the Home page, you will see a banner at the top of the screen from us asking to provide login information for us to start managing your website
Click into the message
It will take you to your Shared Logins and Services page, all you need to do is simply click on "Submit" and provide your information. Each type of account includes help information to let you know why we need access and how to best obtain and provide it.
Another quick way to access your Shared Logins and Services page:
Log in to your OneLocal Dashboard
Click "Settings"
Click "Shared Logins and Services"
Click "Submit Credentials"
If the information is incorrect, (e.g. website login/password is incorrect) we will send you an email asking to provide the correct details, just to make sure we have everything we need.
