LocalMessages offers a powerful way to interact with your customers over text message. Connect with your customers when they’re on the go to remind them of upcoming appointments, confirm the details of a project, or answer questions!
Below, we will review the steps to view and reply to a conversation with a customer on your mobile app.
Log into your OneLocal account on the app.
Tap the menu in the top left corner and tap LocalMessages. This will show your open messages.
3. Begin typing either your customer’s first name or phone number, their information will appear below. If you are looking for a previously closed conversation, tap Closed at the top to search the closed conversations.
4. Tap the customer you'd like to view, the messaging thread will open. If you’ve texted this customer before (or sent them a LocalReviews request) you will be able to see this in the conversation thread.
Replying to A New Message
To reply to a new message, tap LocalMessages. All unread conversations will have a blue circle beside it. Tap the conversation you would like to reply to.
2. Tap the text box that says, "Enter your message" and begin typing. Tap the airplane icon to send!
3. Your message has been sent!
