Now that you've gotten a few reviews, it's always a good idea to respond to them. Acknowledging and responding to reviews demonstrates to your customers that you care, and is even suggested by Google as a best practice for maintaining your online reputation. Not to mention, your LocalReviews Dashboard makes it convenient to respond to reviews from all your online listings at once!
How to respond to reviews
To get started, log into your OneLocal account and navigate to LocalReviews. From there, you can see all of your reviews:
For Google Reviews:
Hit the "Reply" button on any of them to write the individual who left the review a personal response:
Type out your response and hit "Post Reply". That's it!
For Testimonials:
To reply, click on the "Reply in LocalMessages" on the review:
This will open a new LocalMessage with the contact, where you can reach out regarding the negative feedback.
For Facebook Reviews:
To reply, click on the review date.
This opens a window with the review details. To reply, click 'View in Facebook'. Here, you'll be able to write a reply to the review within Facebook.
