How do I connect my Mindbody account?

OneLocal directly integrates with Mindbody by connecting your account to your OneLocal dashboard! Once the integration is set up, a LocalReviews request will be automatically sent to the customer's phone or email address when an appointment is completed in Mindbody.

Here's how:

  1. Click "Settings"

  2. Click "Integrations"

  3. Under the Connected Accounts tab, click "Connect" next to Mindbody

  4. Enter your Mindbody Site ID. To find your Mindbody Site ID, click the link available in the pop-up window, or click here.

  5. Your activation code will be generated. This activation code must be entered in your Mindbody account in order to connect it to your dashboard.

    1. Login to your Mindbody account (must be the owner account)

    2. Under the Home tab, click "Manager Tools"

    3. Click "API Integrations"

    4. Input the activation code and click "Submit"

    5. Allow a few minutes for it to process successfully

  6. Head back to your OneLocal dashboard and click "Next"

  7. Sign in with your Mindbody account

  8. Your integration is all set up! Allow a few moments for the data to sync from your Mindbody account to the dashboard

Note: You can Disconnect the integration using the corresponding button from the Connected Accounts page
