Once you have successfully connected your Mindbody account to your OneLocal dashboard, the next step is to create a workflow between your Mindbody account and LocalReviews to automatically send a review request when an appointment is completed in Mindbody!
Here's how:
Click "Settings"
Click "Integrations"
Click the "Workflows" tab
Click "Add Workflow"
Select "Send LocalReviews survey request after a service" and click "Next"
Select the integration "Mindbody" and click "Next"
Name your workflow (For example: Mindbody to LocalReviews)
Select your location(s) you wish to send review requests out to
Select the services you wish to receive a review request from
Select the survey template you would like to use to send to your customers
Optional: Choose the date and time the review request should be sent (Note: it is set to Weekdays from 9:00am - 5:00pm by default)
Optional: You may add a delay for the request (Note: there is a 15-minute delay by default before a review request is sent to prevent accidents. Therefore, the minimum delay cannot be less than 15 minutes)
