OneMind Dogs uses a secure payment system that allows our customer to use their credit card (via Stripe) for all transactions or PayPal for once-off purchases (non-recurring subscriptions).

Please note only credit card can be used for monthly or 6 monthly subscriptions (not PayPal or debit cards).

If you are having any issues with your payment please contact us at support@oneminddogs.com or you can contact your bank as it is possible that your payment was declined because it is an international transaction and usually a call to the bank will release the transaction.
