Automation improvements

๐Ÿ“ฑNow responsive on mobile devices

The Custom Automations area is now responsive on mobile devices, allowing you to easily make changes here on-the-go.

Chart improvements

๐ŸŽจ New color themes

The new themes are all comprised of 9 visually distinct and attractive colors, allowing you to create charts with a bit more personality.

They also have dark mode variants.

๐Ÿ–๏ธ Completely custom color schemes

In Customize OneUp under the Manage menu, there is now the ability to add custom color schemes in the Charts area.

To do so:

  • You'll need to select 9 colors

  • Name your theme

๐Ÿ›ผ Rolling Metrics are now available on Charts

You can now use rolling metrics in the "Compare entities during a time period" chart type. They behave like they do in Reporting, meaning "right now" = the current day.
โ€‹Why only this chart type?
Other chart types support multiple time periods, but rolling metrics always use a fixed window ending today, so they donโ€™t translate well to those formats.

Dashboard Improvements

๐Ÿฅข Default Dashboard selection for new users

When adding a new user, you are now able to set a dashboard default straight away, in the user creation flow.

๐Ÿ๏ธ Dashboard Mission Widget: Improved incentive visibility

We've updated the mission widget on the dashboard so that it now displays the incentive, to motivate and drive performance.

TV Improvements

๐Ÿ”ฎ Report Slide: View expected performance

We've now got an Expected performance mode on report slides, helping you drive performance throughout the month. This feature is only available on new TVs, which we'll be rolling out to everyone soon.

For help with configuring your report slide, check out our TV guide โžก๏ธ here.

๐ŸŽ–๏ธ Leaderboard Slide: Improvements

To address some feedback on the release, we've launched some improvements to Leaderboard TV Slide configuration. Now leaderboards can be configured to show:

  1. Everyone

    1. Starts with a summary slide with top 3 and 3 bottom performers, which is useful for summing up longer Leaderboards

    2. Then shows the leaderboard

    3. If there are 6 or fewer participants we skip the summary

  2. Just the top 3 (or up to 6 if we have some joint leaders)

  3. Top 3 + Bottom 3 (the important positions at a glance)

As with before, it's possible to hide users with zero performance so the leaderboard only focusses on those competing. This strikes the balance to accommodate different approaches to driving performance.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿง’โ€๐Ÿง’ Mission Slide: Improvements

We've added the below two options:

  • Hide users with zero performance

  • The ability to hide all the details of individual contributions to the overall mission

๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ TV Slideshow viewer mode

Anyone with the 'View OneUp TV' permission can now access the Slideshows page and select an icon to launch the TV slideshow in a new tab. This is a great way to engage those working remotely.

What they'll be able to view in terms of performance will be based on their data access level.

๐ŸšฆBrowser Compatibility Status, helping you diagnose TV issues

Head to your Screens page (found under TVs in the main navigation menu).

We've added a browser compatibility status on this page, helping you identify out-of-date browsers. Find out more here.
