  • Performance summary: Key stats like live targets, open goals, and open actions

  • An overview of target performance in the date range selected

The default current period shown is determined by the target interval set against each metric.

Use this tab to get oriented before a meeting or check in on someone's progress between 1:1s.

Changes to settings apply to future meetings, not past ones.

FAQs

What if I manage multiple people?

Create a separate relationship for each person you coach. Each relationship maintains its own history of meetings, goals, and actions.

Can my report see the relationship?

Yes. Both participants in a coaching relationship have visibility into:

  • Scheduled and past meetings

  • Shared notes

  • Goals and actions

  • Target performance and comments

What if someone moves teams?

You'll need to create a new relationship with their new manager. Historic performance data remains visible in the old relationship. This can be shared with the new manager if appropriate. More on sharing ➡️ here.

Do I need to recreate my OneUp targets?

No. Coach uses your existing OneUp targets automatically. Any targets assigned to your report will appear in their Coach profile.
