Overview
Targets are OneUp's method for tracking performance.
As well as setting targets for individual users, you can set targets at a team and company level.
How does it work?
A team's target comes from one of two places:
A target set directly on the team or company. This always wins.
An automatic total, if the team has no target set of its own.
OneUp adds up the individual targets of everyone in the team, and of everyone in any child teams nested beneath it. Each person's target is pro-rated for the part of the period they were a member of the team.
The same applies to company targets: if you don't set one, OneUp uses the total of all users' individual targets.
