How team & company targets work for you and your team

Overview

Targets are OneUp's premier method for tracking user performance.

With our new and exciting entity feature, you're now also able to set targets at a team and company (T&C) level!

How does it work?

There are a few things to keep in mind when you're looking at creating targets for an entity (users, team, or company):

  • If you don't set up a team or company target for a given metric, then OneUp will default to calculating the sum of your team member's/all users' targets as the current T&C target (which is the same way OneUp does currently).

  • If you do set up a team or company target, this will be used instead.

  • If you view a timeframe where a T&C target only covers part of the timeframe, we do not use a cumulative target to cover the portion that isn’t the T&C target.

    For example, if you view a year's worth of data (1st January 2022 - 31st December 2022) but you have only set a team target for the 1st January 2022 to 30th June 2022, you would only see a target value that represents half the year, instead of cumulative data filling the gap for the rest of the year/time frame.
