Overview
Connect JobAdder to OneUp using your JobAdder account. You'll be asked to sign in to JobAdder and approve access to your data.
🔒 You'll need a JobAdder account with permission to connect integrations.
What next?
Choose the option that applies to you:
If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, you'll receive a connection link after your first call with us.
If you're using our self-serve setup flow, you'll be prompted to connect JobAdder after selecting it from the list of available integrations.
If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.
Reconnecting JobAdder
In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.
Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.
Find JobAdder and click the 🔒 icon.
Click Connect.
Sign in to JobAdder and select the instance you'd like to connect to OneUp.
Review and approve the permissions requested by JobAdder.
Check the connection
Once connected:
The integration status will show as Authenticated.
Data will begin syncing into OneUp.
Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.
Troubleshooting ✨
I can't sign in to JobAdder
Make sure you're using a JobAdder account with permission to connect integrations.
I connected the wrong JobAdder account
Follow the connection steps above and select the correct JobAdder account when prompted. The new connection will replace the existing one.
The connection window won't load
Try refreshing the page and starting the connection process again. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or disabling any browser extensions that may be blocking pop-ups.
My connection failed
Make sure you've approved all permissions requested by JobAdder during the connection process. If the issue persists, try connecting again.
My data isn't appearing in OneUp
The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
