Troubleshooting ✨
I can't find my API URL
Follow the steps above to open the Developer Resources page in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your API URL may be labelled as a Device Root URL or Service Root URL.
My connection failed
Double-check that you've copied the API URL correctly and only included the URL up to and including .com.
I don't have permission to connect the integration
Only Microsoft Dynamics 365 Global Administrators can authorise the connection between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneUp.
If you're unable to complete the connection process, contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator and ask them to complete the setup or grant the required permissions.
I'm seeing a permissions or admin consent error
Only users with Global Administrator permissions can approve the access requested by OneUp.
If you're seeing a message indicating that approval is required, a Global Administrator will need to grant consent for the OneUp application before the connection can be completed.
If you're unsure how to do this, contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator or our Support team.
My data isn't appearing in OneUp
The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
