Overview
Before you can connect Recruit CRM to OneUp, you'll need an API token.
🔒 You'll need a Recruit CRM Business or Enterprise plan to access the API.
Finding your API token
In Recruit CRM, open Admin Settings.
Select API & Integrations
3. Click Enable API Token and copy the API token.
Once you have your API token:
If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, send them the token and they'll complete the setup for you.
If you're using our self-serve setup flow, return to OneUp and enter the token when prompted.
If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.
Reconnecting Recruit CRM
In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.
Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.
Find Recruit CRM and click the 🔒 icon.
Enter your API Token.
Click Connect.
Check the connection
Once connected:
The integration status will show as Authenticated.
Data will begin syncing into OneUp.
Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.
Troubleshooting ✨
I can't find my API Token
Open: Admin Settings → API & Integrations
If you don't already have an API Token, create a new one and use it when connecting Recruit CRM to OneUp.
I can't access the API settings
API access requires a Recruit CRM Business plan or above. If you're unable to view the API settings, contact your Recruit CRM administrator or Recruit CRM support.
My connection failed
Double-check that:
You've copied the entire API Token
No extra spaces have been included when pasting the token into OneUp
You're using an active API Token
If the issue persists, try creating a new API Token and reconnecting.
I've generated a new API Token
Reconnect the integration using the new API Token. Generating a new token does not automatically update the connection in OneUp.
My data isn't appearing in OneUp
The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
