Overview
Tracker uses secure authentication to connect to OneUp.
Before you begin, you'll need:
Access to your Tracker account
To know which region your Tracker account is hosted in
You'll be asked to select your region before authenticating.
What next?
Choose the option that applies to you:
If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, you'll receive a connection link after your first call with us.
If you're using our self-serve setup flow, you'll be prompted to connect Tracker after selecting it from the list of available integrations.
If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.
Reconnecting Tracker
In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.
Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.
Find Tracker and click the 🔒 icon.
Select your Tracker region from the dropdown.
Click Connect.
You'll be redirected to Tracker to authenticate the connection. Sign in and approve the connection.
Check the connection
Once connected:
The integration status will show as Authenticated.
Data will begin syncing into OneUp.
Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.
Troubleshooting ✨
The authentication page mentions Gmail
This is expected. Tracker's authentication process may display references to Gmail during authentication.
Although the authentication screen may mention Gmail, you're authorising your Tracker account connection to OneUp.
As long as you started the authentication flow from OneUp after selecting your Tracker region, you're connecting Tracker to OneUp.
I don't know which region to select
Select the region where your Tracker account is hosted. If you're unsure, contact your Tracker administrator or Support team.
I selected the wrong region
Return to the Tracker integration settings in OneUp and reconnect using the correct region. Selecting the wrong region may prevent authentication from completing successfully.
Authentication failed
Double-check that:
You're signing in with the correct Tracker account
You've selected the correct Tracker region
Your Tracker account is active
If the issue persists, try the authentication process again.
My data isn't appearing in OneUp
The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
