Outreach: Connect your platform to OneUp

You can connect Outreach to OneUp by signing in to your Outreach account and approving the connection.

Overview

Connect Outreach to OneUp using your Outreach account. You'll be asked to sign in to Outreach and approve access to your data.

What next?

Choose the option that applies to you:

  • If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, you'll receive a connection link after your first call with us.

  • If you're using our self-serve setup flow, you'll be prompted to connect Salesforce after selecting it from the list of available integrations.

  • If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.

Reconnecting Outreach

  1. In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.

  2. Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  3. Find Outreach and click the 🔒 icon.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. Sign in to Outreach if required.

  6. Approve access to your Outreach data.

Check the connection

Once connected:

  • The integration status will show as Authenticated.

  • Data will begin syncing into OneUp.

  • Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.

Troubleshooting

I can't sign in to Outreach

Make sure you're using an Outreach account with permission to connect integrations.

I connected the wrong Outreach account

Follow the connection steps above and sign in with the correct Outreach account.

The new connection will replace the existing one.

The connection window won't load

Try refreshing the page and starting the connection process again.

If the issue persists, try using a different browser or disabling any browser extensions that may be blocking pop-ups.

My connection failed

Make sure you've approved all permissions requested by Outreach during the connection process. If the issue persists, try connecting again.

My data isn't appearing in OneUp

The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
