Zoom: Connecting your platform to OneUp

Connect your Zoom Phone or Zoom Meetings account to OneUp using Zoom's secure sign-in process

Overview

This guide applies to both Zoom Phone VoIP integrations and Zoom meeting data integrations.

Connect Zoom to OneUp using your Zoom account. You'll be asked to sign in to Zoom and approve access to your data.

🔒 To connect Zoom, you'll need a Zoom account with permission to manage integrations and a Paid or Zoom Workplace (ZMP) subscription.

What next?

Choose the option that applies to you:

  • If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, you'll receive a connection link after your first call with us.

  • If you're using our self-serve setup flow, you'll be prompted to connect Zoom after selecting it from the list of available integrations.

  • If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.

Reconnecting Zoom

  1. In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.

  2. Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  3. Find Zoom and click the 🔒 icon.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. Sign in to your Zoom account if prompted.

  6. Approve access to your Zoom data.

Check the connection

Once connected:

  • The integration status will show as Authenticated.

  • Data will begin syncing into OneUp.

  • Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.

Troubleshooting

I can't sign in to Zoom

Make sure you're using a Zoom account with permission to connect integrations.

I connected the wrong Zoom account

Follow the connection steps above and sign in with the correct Zoom account.

The new connection will replace the existing one.

I don't have permission to connect Zoom

Some organisations restrict who can approve integrations. Contact your Zoom administrator and ask them to complete the connection or grant the required permissions.

The connection window won't load

Try refreshing the page and starting the connection process again. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or disabling any browser extensions that may be blocking pop-ups.

My connection failed

Make sure you've approved all permissions requested by Zoom during the connection process. If the issue persists, try connecting again.

My data isn't appearing in OneUp

The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
