Changing the slideshow shown on your TV screen
In order to display a OneUp slideshow on your TV, you need to associate the slideshow with your activated screen on OneUp.
If you haven't yet activated your TV screen, check out our guide âĄď¸ here.
Navigate to TV in the main menu, and then Screens.
On the Screens page, you'll find all your setup TVs listed in the table.
Locate the screen you'd like to change to a different slideshow, and select the menu icon on the far right of the TV listed, and then, edit TV:
Next, select a different slideshow from the dropdown, and save TV.
Scheduling automatic slideshow switching
If you want a screen to show different content at different times, you can set up a schedule instead of manually changing the slideshow each time.
For example, you might want your regular slideshow on the TV for most of the time, but would like a different slideshow to take over at the end of the month, with end of the month stats and content.
Follow steps 1 and 2 above to open the Edit TV modal for the screen you want to schedule.
Turn on the change slideshow on schedule toggle:
Select +Add schedule to create a scheduled slideshow window.
Choose the slideshow to show, whether it's a one-off date or a repeating set of weekdays, and a start time and end time.
Select Save, and then Save TV.
Tips:
Whenever there is no scheduled slideshow, your TV will default back to the original slideshow selected. If you turn scheduling off, the screen goes back to showing your default slideshow at all times.
Schedules are set per TV. If you want the same schedule on multiple screens, you'll need to add it to each TV individually.
Changing the currency displayed on your TV screen
Follow steps 1 & 2 as described above.
Then, on the Edit TV modal, select a currency from the dropdown.
đĄThe selected currency will override any other currency settings applied, either at organization's level, or at slide-level.
Making changes to slides across multiple slideshows
It's incredibly easy to make changes to slides used across multiple slideshows.
Simply make an edit or update to a particular slide in one of your slideshows, or in the slide library, and this will automatically apply to all your slideshows that are using that slide.
No need to update a slide in more than one place, updates will happen automatically if the same slide is used in multiple slideshows.
Transfer Ownership
The data displayed on TV screens (reports, charts, competitions etc), mirror the TV owner's data access, making TV ownership important.
To transfer ownership of a TV to a different user, on the Screens page, locate the TV and select the settings menu on the right, and then transfer TV ownership:
To transfer ownership of a TV, you must be the owner. The owner of the TV is listed in the table on your Screens page.
Deactivate TVs
To get an active TV deactivated, navigate to TVs in the main menu, Screens, and then locate the TV you'd like to activate or deactivate.
Select the edit menu icon on the far right of the TV and then deactivate TV.
â ď¸ The TV will be deactivated permanently. To activate it again, you'll need to activate a new TV.
Troubleshooting issues with active TVs
If your TV encounters issues or becomes inactive/ is showing as offline, head to the Screens page (TV>Screens), locate your problematic screen and select the refresh icon on the right.
If there is an issue with all your active TVs updating, select the refresh online TVs button in the top right:
