This guide includes:
Changing the slideshow shown on your TV screen
In order to display a OneUp slideshow on your TV, you need to associate the slideshow with your activated screen on OneUp.
If you haven't yet activated your TV screen, check out our guide ➡️ here.
You'll need the Manage TVs permission on OneUp to make this change to your TVs..
Navigate to TV in the main menu, and then Screens.
On the Screens page, you'll find all your setup TVs listed in the table.
Locate the screen you'd like to change to a different slideshow, and select the menu icon on the far right of the TV listed, and then, edit TV:
Next, select a different slideshow from the dropdown, and save TV.
Changing the currency displayed on your TV screen
Follow steps 1 & 2 as described above.
Then, on the Edit TV modal, select a currency from the dropdown.
💡The selected currency will override any other currency settings applied, either at organization's level, or at slide-level.
Transfer Ownership
The data displayed on TV screens (reports, charts, competitions etc), mirror the TV owner's data access, making TV ownership important.
To transfer ownership of a TV to a different user, on the Screens page, locate the TV and select the settings menu on the right, and then transfer TV ownership:
To transfer ownership of a TV, you must be the owner. The owner of the TV is listed in the table on your Screens page.
Deactivate TVs
To get an active TV deactivated, navigate to TVs in the main menu, Screens, and then locate the TV you'd like to activate or deactivate.
Select the edit menu icon on the far right of the TV and then deactivate TV.
⚠️ The TV will be deactivated permanently. To activate it again, you'll need to activate a new TV.
Troubleshooting issues with active TVs
If your TV encounters issues or becomes inactive/ is showing as offline, head to the Screens page (TV>Screens), locate your problematic screen and select the refresh icon on the right.
If there is an issue with all your active TVs updating, select the refresh online TVs button in the top right:
