Performance Analytics is our new and improved reporting suite, equipping you with all the data you need, in a few simple steps.

You can find this under Reports in the main navigation menu.

Key features ✨

  • The ability to break down data by time period (e.g., view weekly performance over the last month).

  • Minimum, maximum and average values per metric: let us do these calculations for you in-house, saving you time and allowing you to make quick comparisons.

  • Date overrides: set different timeframes against metrics in the same report. This allows you to quickly compare the same metric across different time periods.

  • Share and transfer ownership functionality: share performance with your team members before 1:1s, or transfer the report you’ve created for a Manager to own and manage.

  • CSV, Excel and PDF exports: we’re committed to getting you the data you need, in the format most helpful to you.

What's coming next? 👀

We’re enhancing our data visualisation capabilities, to help bring your numbers to life: charts and graphs will soon allow you to easily spot trends, and share these across your business.

Visit our Coming next guide for more details on what our product team are working on behind the scenes, and what's coming your way soon, in the reporting space.
