How to create a report
Creating a Client, Job or Candidate report is very similar to how you’d go about reporting on users, teams or your company on OneUp.
Follow the steps below:
Navigate to Reports in the navigation bar at the top of OneUp and select + Create report.
Select what you want to report on in the dropdown.
Options include: Clients, Jobs, and Candidates.
❓ What if our platform set up includes more than one CRM integration?
If these are the same type of integration (e.g., Bullhorn), the data displayed will be an aggregation of all your integrations.
If these are a different type of integration (e.g., Bullhorn and JobAdder), you'll be prompted to choose a CRM, after selecting Clients, Jobs, or Candidates.
3. Add columns to your report. These can be: metrics, CRM fields, last activity against metrics, or who performance was added by.
To do so, select the +add column button and then make a selection. You can either scroll through the categorized dropdown list, or use the search bar.
Metrics are quantitative measurements used to assess performance, that you've set up on our platform, e.g., jobs added, interviews booked, revenue, etc. Find out more here.
CRM field allows you to pull in fields from your CRM alongside metrics, in your report. Examples include: Client name, Client Contact Details, Location.
❗Note: the fields available here, will depend on the data available in your CRM, as well as your dictionary configuration on our platform.
Added by allows you to identify which User, their Primary Team or Company added a client, job, or candidate. Find our more about setting primary teams here.
Last activity allows you to report on last activity against metrics and CRM fields. This is the timestamp of the latest performance logged against a metric, e.g., Last activity for calls/emails might be yesterday.
4. Use the date-picker to select the time period you would like to report on.
We'll report on last month by default, but you can select other options, as well as a custom date range.
5. Use filters on columns to narrow down the data further.
For example, you may want to report on specific Clients, specific Jobs or specific Candidates.
Select the settings icon to filter your data:

FAQs
Data is missing from my report
Rows are hidden when all metric columns show zero performance for the selected time period. This is a performance limitation, that we'll be addressing, so that you can also report on zero performance.
Another limitation. is that OneUp cannot consider activity against last activity metrics when deciding what to show. So for example, a client or consultant with recent last activity but no normal metric columns added, may not appear in a report. To ensure a row is visible, add the relevant metric as a standard column, alongside the last activity column, in your report.
The Summary row totals are incorrect
We are returning all entities (clients, jobs or candidates) in your CRM, even when our platform doesn't have enough information to know who that entity is.
The total figure in the summary row is correct, however, it might also include entities we cannot identify, and so it won't necessarily reflect the total value of the other rows in the column.
Reach out to our support team to sync more of your data to resolve this.
I keep seeing "Unknown Client/Job/Candidates" in my Client Reports
This happens sometimes when we haven't received any performance relating to this entity or can't assign it to an active user on the platform. This can sometimes also be caused by data migration problems and/or CRM archiving solutions.
If you see this, please contact our Support team and we will get this sorted for you ASAP.
