Onfleet provides ETAs provided on all active tasks. The ETC differs from the ETA in that it represents the time of arrival and the time spent on location (“service time”).
Toggle between ETA and ETC
In the dashboard sidebar, you can toggle between the ETA and ETC by using the flag icon. The flag facing left represents the ETA, and the flag facing the right represents the ETC.
ETC
Estimated Time of Completion (ETC) displays an estimated time of completion for all tasks assigned to on-duty drivers in your dashboard's sidebar. This estimate is based on Onfleet's proprietary machine-learning algorithm, which considers historic data from your specific organization.
The ETC is denoted in the sidebar by a flag icon facing to the right, followed by the estimated time, this will only be displayed if your organization has the "Predictive ETA" function turned on under the Add-Ons section.
