If you increase the price of your Shopify product:

➡ new subscribers will pay the new higher price

➡ old subscribers will continue to pay the same price they've been paying

If you change the price of your product on Shopify or change your subscription plans, only new subscribers will get the new price. Existing subscribers are locked into old subscription price they signed up at.

Ignore this if you are not using set price discounts on subscription plans.

If you are using the set price discounts on your subscription plan, when you change the price on your subscription plan in Ongoing to a new price, this will update it for new subscribers only. It will let your shoppers see & buy at the new price on your shop immediately. When you edit a subscription plan price (using Set Price Discounts) it does not change the price your existing customers pay.
