We've designed the onHand app more for the use of volunteers, allowing them to see requests for help in their area. The person requesting help does not necessarily need to engage with the app to be able to use the service - they can simply get in touch by giving us a call. We also have a referral form on our website. Requests can be made on behalf of the person who needs help by relatives and friends like you, using the referral form on the website. Once we receive referral details, we'll be in touch over the phone to help get them set up!
