Easily monitor your student's academic journey in the jmc Family portal by checking out student transcripts. Your student's unofficial transcripts provide you with details such as course grades and completion, GPA, standardized test scores, and class rank. You can customize the details you want to see on the transcript and even print an unofficial copy directly from jmc Family to help you keep your student on track for graduation!

Log into jmc Family and head to Report Card/Transcript > Transcript to get started!

Step One: Select a student from the drop-down list to prepare their unofficial transcript.

Step Two: Select the range of academic record to include on the transcript using the "Include Transcript Records" drop-down list.

  • All Records: grades, credits and GPAs for all courses the student has taken throughout their academic career

  • Beginning With Grade 9: records from courses beginning with grade nine

  • Beginning with Grade 9 AND earlier records that count in GCR or GPA: records from courses beginning with grade nine as well as any course taken in an earlier grade level counting toward graduation credit or for cumulative GPA

  • Change Grade Level Cutoff: records from courses beginning with the grade level you specify

Step Three: Place a checkmark in the appropriate checkbox(es) to include activities, immunizations, health notes, test scores, attendance and other records on the printed transcript.

Step Four (optional): Select the appropriate option from the "Include Test Score Records" drop-down list if you are including test scores on the transcript.

  • All Records: includes scores from all tests taken throughout the student's academic career

  • Beginning With Grade 9: includes scores from tests taken beginning with the student's 9th grade year

  • Change Grade Level Cutoff: permits you to include scores from tests taken beginning with a grade level you choose

Step Five: Select the "Letter" or "Legal" radio button in the "Form Size" box to designate the paper size for the printed transcript.

Step Six: Place a checkmark in the "Include Class Ranking" checkbox to include the student's class ranking on the transcript. Then, select the appropriate option from the 'Rank Type' drop-down list to filter your ranking.

  • Standard: ranks all students based on the actual GPA

  • GPAs Capped: caps the top of class ranking for all students that meet a certain threshold (for example, any student with a GPA at or over 4.015 would receive a number 1 ranking)

Step Seven: Select the appropriate term type from the "Term Type" drop-down list and select the appropriate radio button to include the student's class ranking from the beginning of the school year or from the beginning of a specified term.

Step Eight: Click the "Print" button to download a PDF copy of the transcript to your computer or print a hard copy for personal identification, college applications, or job applications.

Helpful Tip: Transcripts printed from jmc Family are watermarked "Unofficial Transcript." If colleges or employment applications require an official transcript, check with the school office to obtain a copy of a properly watermarked official transcript.
