Let's celebrate our honor roll achievers! Utilize the 'Honor Roll' report feature in jmc Office to identify students eligible for academic awards this semester. This report showcases each student's position within the honor roll, alongside optional details like GPA and grade. Print it for convenient record-keeping and student recognition purposes.

To print the "Honor Roll" report, log in to jmc Office and head to Grading > Reports > Honor Roll.

Step One: Select a term type from the "Term Type" drop-down list and specify a term by clicking the appropriate radio button to filter the "Honor Roll" report.

Step Two (optional): Place a checkmark in the "Print GPA" checkbox to include the student GPA on the "Honor Roll" report.

Fun Fact: The "Honor Roll" report only calculates a GPA for courses that are included in the honor roll on the "Edit Course Data" page so there may be a discrepancy between the "Honor Roll" report and the "Grade Point Averages" report.

Helpful Tip: Head to the Grading > Reports > Grade Point Averages page for a comprehensive report on a student's complete GPA.

Step Three: Click the "Preview" button to preview students who have attained the honor roll according to the specifications you've defined with jmc tech support upon setting up your jmc site.

Fun Fact: An incomplete or missing grade will exclude a student from the honor roll to prevent students from receiving an award that they have not yet fully earned.

Helpful Tip: If students appear to be missing from the "Honor Roll" report, check out the Grade Report to view a list of incomplete and/or missing grades that might be preventing some students from being listed on the honor roll.

Step Four: Click the "Print" button to print the "Honor Roll" report or the "Export" button to export the report to a CSV file.
