Need a class rank for graduation, scholarships, college admission, or any form of student recognition? Run jmc's "Class Rank" report to get comprehensive details including each student's rank, total credits earned, cumulative GPA and more. The "Class Rank" report provides office pros a quick and accurate view of student rank, ensuring you'll have all the data you need to recognize students and help them achieve their academic goals.

To run a class rank report, log in to jmc Office and head to Grading > Reports > Class Rank.

Step One: Select a term type from the "Term Type" drop-down list and specify a term by clicking the appropriate radio button to filter the "Class Rank" report.

Step Two: Select a grade to include in the report from the "Grade" drop-down list.

Helpful Tip: Only students with a checkmark in the "Rank" checkbox on the General tab of the "View Student Data" page will appear in the "Class Rank" report.

Step Three: Click the "Preview" button to preview the class rank for the selected grade as of the end of the selected term.

Step Four: Click the "Print" button to print a copy of the GPA report, or click the "Export" button to export the report to a CSV file.

Helpful Tip: Students with incomplete or missing grades are listed as "Unable to Rank" on the report.

Fun Fact: You can view multiple students with incomplete or missing grades by heading to Grading > Reports > Grade Report, or view an individual student's grades by navigating to Grading > Utilities > Show GPA.
