Need a hard copy of your graduation credit requirements? No problem! jmc Office allows users to print the graduation credit requirements for each graduation year as defined on the Edit Graduation Credit Requirements page. This report will include the subject IDs, subject areas, transcript year, and more!

To print graduation credit requirements, log in to jmc Office and head to Grading > Credit Checker > Print Graduation Credit Requirements. 

Step One: Select the desired year for the report from the Graduation Year drop-down list.

Step Two: Click the Preview button to view the graduation credit requirement report for the selected graduation class.

Fun Fact: The report will show the subject ID, course number, course name, transcript year, credit weight, and the total credits required for graduation so you can double check the accuracy of your entered requirements.

Step Three: Click the Print button to print the graduation credit requirements report.
