The Student Progress view in jmc Teacher allows you to quickly view published grade information for a student, helping you pinpoint the support your students need on the fly. Select a student to view their progress, and you can immediately view the most recently published grade details, including overall grade, daily assignments, and even missing assignments, for the selected student.

To view student progress details, go to Homeroom > View Student Progress in jmc Teacher.

Step One: Place a checkmark in the "All Students" checkbox to show all students in the school or leave the checkbox unchecked to view only students enrolled in your courses.

Fun Fact: Your jmc administrator must grant "All Student" access for you to view progress reports for students not enrolled in your courses.

Step Two: Place a checkmark in the "Active Students Only" checkbox to only include active students in the list.

Step Three: Enter a student's name or select a student from the drop-down list to view the student's term grade in each course.

Fun Fact: You will see a missing score notification next to the course grade if a student is missing one or more assignments in a course.

Step Four: Click the term link next to a course to view a progress report for the selected term in that course, including a detailed list of assignments, quizzes, tests, and more.

Helpful Tip: Click the teacher's name to email the teacher of that course.

Step Five: Click the "Print" button to print the student's progress or to save it as a PDF for future reference.
