The Admin Dashboard is a very efficient tool for administrators to view important student data in one easy-to-access location! No more sifting through reports or hunting through all the individual modules to get the data you need! Maximize the potential of this tool by customizing your views and narrowing the scope of your results to find the information you are looking for.

Let's take a deep dive into the Admin Dashboard to learn how to view a customized list of student data items and narrow our search to pinpoint the exact student groups you are looking for.

Start by heading to File > Admin Dashboard in jmc Office.

Step One: Click the "Student Settings" tab to view the student data items available in the Admin Dashboard.

Step Two: Place a checkmark in the checkboxes to include the following items in your search:

  • Student ID

  • Grade

  • Locker #

  • Bus #

  • Birth Date

  • Gender

  • Advisor

  • Cumulative GPA

  • Class Rank

  • Percentile Rank

  • Total Tardies

  • Total Absences

  • Referrals

  • Communication

  • Missing Scores

  • Lunch Balance

  • Fee Balance

Fun Fact: Checking these items will customize the data viewed on the "Student" and "Early Warning-At Risk" tabs.

Step Three: Click the "Student" tab to view student data of the selected items.

Step Four: Select either the "Current Term" or "Year to Date" radio button to limit the information displayed.

Fun Fact: Further narrow the list of students viewable in the "Student" and "Early Warning-At Risk" tabs by clicking the drop-down list for the following ranges:

  • Grade: view students by grade level or active/inactive status.

  • Student: select specific students to appear in your list by selecting them from the "Find" field.

  • Advisor: view all students assigned to a specific advisor.

  • Teacher: view all students for a specific teacher.

  • Activity: view all students associated with a specific activity.
