Start adding equipment to your order to build your booking

When adding a serialised product onto an order, you will want to check availability before selecting the serialised item to add to the order. 

Once you have added your products, you can begin to allocate specific equipment. 

Get Started

Once you have added products to your order they will be marked as Reserved, meaning the booking will be reflected in your product availability to avoid overbookings of equipment. The Reserved status still needs a serialised item to be allocated to the order. 

To allocate equipment, navigate to the menu arrow on the line item and you will see a drop-down menu. 

From this menu, select Allocate on the menu and the following screen will appear.

The allocate menu will show you Available, On Rent and Unavailable stock levels to ensure you only choose the serialised assets that are available. 

You can use the Product Group filter to expand the search box to include each item in the product’s Product Group, e.g. if you wanted to show all Diggers and not just the 1.5 Tonne Diggers then set this to Yes and clear the search box.

You can hide items which are currently unavailable by setting Exclude Unavailable to Yes.

To select the item, toggle Allocate to YES and then select the green OK button to add this item to the order.

Wrong item? 

If you've selected the wrong item or you need to change the item prior to booking the equipment out on rent, click on the menu and select the revert option.

You can then revert this product back to reserved and allocate a different serialised item.
