How To: Dispatch Multiple Users to a Single Incident

  1. Select the Event you wish to work with. Clicking on the Incidents Module (Fire Emblem) will take you to the Dispatch Center

  2. Click "—" within the Dispatch column OR the Dispatch button within the Actions buttons.

  3. Once in the Dispatch Window there are 2 dropdowns available to assist in locating staff. The left is Department, which will narrow down the right depending on what you choose. If you don't choose a department, the right list will contain ALL linked staff.

  4. To dispatch staff, click on a dropdown and selected 1 or more staff which queues them up above. The staff won't be notified of attachment UNTIL you click the dispatch button on the bottom.
