In this short video, the CSV that was used is the Auditing template (Download available at bottom of the page). The OnTrack system automatically recognized the columns, requiring only that you match/finalize the Date and Time formats.
However, if you have your own CSV, you can still upload it; it just requires an additional step before bringing that data into the system. If the columns are named differently than what the system recognizes, you'll need to 'Match' the columns to those within OnTrack. In this video, the data is identical to the video above, with the only difference being the column header names, requiring me to match them prior to upload.
Once you click 'Preview', a popup will appear with tabs broken down by shift. Here you have the ability to make slight changes and download the OnTrack CSV of your data. Clicking 'Save' will bring all that data into the Auditing System
