Currently, broadcasting is only open to admins, who can easily broadcast their own event notes or those of others with just one click.

After clicking the broadcast button, it will change to "Broadcasted" and turn blue.

A scrolling banner will appear at the top of the screen for users within the Dispatch Center. The entire message will scroll and repeat until it is closed by the user.

Similar to dispatch notifications, mobile users will receive a push notification with an audible sound, regardless of their phone's settings. The notification will display the same information seen on the web.
